We have a magnificent stretch tent and three inter-connected Nordic-style tipis.

Comfortably seating 120, the stretch tent is perfect for ceremonies and classes and can be used as a chillout area. You benefit from a waterproof shelter with open sides, connecting you directly to the pretty surroundings.

Our UK-made tipis are essentially three giant circular pyramids which are striking in appearance and create a magical space. One tipi contains a state of the art sound system and dancefloor. The other two tipis have tables, chairs and a bar.

Really big! Each tipi has an 80m2 floor area so loads of room for you to customise the space for your number of guests.

We provide feature lighting, an advanced sound and PA system, and an unstocked bar. We also supply internal and external furniture, including beautiful hand made solid oak benches we’ve made on the farm, whisky barrel planters, outdoor seating, and hay bales, if requested.

Yes absolutely! That’s the beauty of Fallow Meadow: you can make the space your own. The only immovable things are the sound system and the bar.

No, our event season is from May to September. We’re an exclusive venue only available for a limited number of events each year, which will appeal to those who prefer a more exclusive event space that can meet individual requirements.

Our event space is perfect for between 80 and 120 guests or delegates, but we can accommodate more or less by adjusting the furniture layout.

There’s mains water and a power supply, plus luxury toilet facilities and a good satellite WIFI connection (although we encourage guests to spend some time offline whilst at Fallow Meadow).

One of our team, Sam, is a qualified clay pigeon shooting instructor. He can provide lessons and run group sessions for small parties. Whether you’re a bunch of bachelors or a cohort of colleagues, it’s a fun activity to switch off and bond over.

We can also help by hiring in and setting up archery, zorbing, or a wide range of other activities. Just ask!

We’ve 50+ parking spaces on-site and access to our event space is via a single-track lane. It is suitable for cars and minibuses but not for coaches or double-decker buses.

On occasions the weather is not going to be kind. Most external high traffic areas have hard flooring but if it’s very wet it may get muddy in places. But the tipis and the stretch tent provide cosy covered spaces. In hot weather, the tipi sides can be raised to bring the outside in and if it’s wet they can be lowered to keep the wind and rain out. The stretch tent can also be fitted with side panels to protect against the prevailing wind and rain.

Yes. As animal lovers we welcome well-behaved four-legged friends. A perimeter fence will help prevent them from straying too far. If you plan to bring a dog we ask that you let us know in advance.
